The Genius helps you all the way through the development of your taps. You are also able to overwrite the given Genius help with your own experiences.

• Machine sets

You can input your own standard machine sets as basic sets that you can call up in the module development.

• Test protocol

Before testing your new development of taps you can print empty form of test protocol. You can input your tested value in it. For the evaluation you can enter the tested value in the module development to start your analyse.

• Tool life

With your experiences you can input the different parameters to be able to calculate the tool life in the module development for your developed taps.

• Language

You can enter interactively and in an easy way your own language. You will find different functions in the software to do the translation. TapPro will run in your own language.

• Measuring wire

In the module Geometry you need to choose your measuring wire diameter to calculate the flank diameter. Here you can manage all your measuring wires you have on stock. According to your quality system you can automatically call the measuring wire for periodic check.

• Cutting angle

The Genius gives you among other things the cutting angels according to the material group. With your experiences you can input the different cutting angles.

• Norm

TapPro has as standard the DIN as well as the JIS norm. If you like to modify some value you are able to do it here. You can also enter another norm as your choice.

• Material

The software contains a material library with over 800 materials and their specifications. They are available in 13 different country norms. You can add new materials of your choice.

• Password

TapPro contains a lot of confidential information. To protect against hackers, the software provides on different levels different passwords. Here with the administrator authorisation, you can manage passwords for 10 users.
